2. What’s the fishing method of Crane Bay® Yellowfin Tuna products?

Our production partners use the sustainable Hand line fishing method which eliminates any by-catch residue. The boats are small and make shorter trips to sea so the fish is brought in alive and fresh, resulting in shiny flesh and good flavor. This also ensures that the moisture content is higher because there is less decomposition in fresh fish than fish frozen at sea and brought in for processing.
